sisterhood.

So recently I have decided to get more involved with spending time with the people I haven't seen in a while. I went to lunch with my roomate, attempted to go out with a friend I miss terribly, and watched an addicting TV show with another friend. Two out of three of these girlfriends were sisters.

And that's what sisterhood is, spending time with people you generally love. While sometimes it may be nerveracking to live in a house full of women, I can say that quality time with sisters, not just friends, makes an emotional day a whole lot better. When boys become a distraction and you need to get back to your roots, your sisters are always there for you. Not every sister will be considerate or able to hold in a secret but when you find women that can do all of these things and more, you need to never take them for granted. Just when everything in your world seems to be falling apart, my sisters have always been there to liberate me.

While to most "I pay for my friends" to me I am apart of something bigger than myself or my campus. I am connected to women nationwide (and even in Canada).

Stay connected,
CK
